The downtown entertainment district is in effect Fridays and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays noon to 9:30 p.m.

A specific boundary is set for the entertainment district. Participating on-premise alcohol retailers located within that boundary can serve to-go alcoholic beverages in the approved cup.

During the entertainment district’s hours of operation, you may exit any participating on-premise alcohol retailer with your alcoholic beverage only if it is contained in an approved cup. While you can purchase two alcoholic beverages per adult, you are only allowed to leave with one alcoholic beverage per adult.

Once you have exited the participating establishment, you may not take the branded container into any other licensed alcohol retailer. You may carry your alcoholic beverage in the approved cup within the boundary area during the times designated for the entertainment district.

You must dispose or recycle your container before you exit the district. No cups are allowed outside of the designated area or inside of any vehicle.
